    Workout on your own when no classes are in session. Open gym is available from Monday to Friday between 9AM to 4PM and Saturday between 11AM to 1PM. Schedule is subject to change without prior notice.

  • Prime/Core Class

    Prime (Fundamentals) Starting a fitness journey or improving baseline strength and conditioning. Caters to individuals who are just starting their fitness journey or for anyone who just wants to improve their baseline strength and conditioning. Focuses on the primary compound movements and accessory workouts that aims to improve an individual’s mind-to-muscle connection (MMC) to improve their physical capacity outside of the fitness space.
